Our team welcomes you personally at reception.
Documents
A valid identity document and booking confirmation are required.
Payment
Any outstanding balance and security deposit are payable on arrival.
Early check-in
Available from 10 am subject to availability and an additional charge.
DEPARTURE
Before 11 am
Procedure
Leave your keys at reception. An apartment inspection will be carried out.
Luggage
Free luggage storage until 6 pm on your departure day.
Late check-out
Check-out until 3 pm may be available, subject to availability, for an additional 50,000 FCFA.
Transfer
Our concierge can arrange airport transfers on request.
Visitors are welcome until 10:30 pm with advance notice to the concierge.
Smoking is prohibited in apartments and indoor areas. An outdoor smoking area is available.
Parties and events require advance written approval.
Pets are accepted subject to prior approval; an additional cleaning charge applies.
Excessive noise is prohibited between 10 pm and 7 am. Please respect other residents.
The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for each apartment.
Report any damage or equipment issues to the concierge within 24 hours.
Use of shared facilities, including the pool and coworking space, is subject to the posted opening hours.
Failure to follow the rules may lead to early termination of your stay without a refund. If in doubt, contact the concierge.
